What is Mango Fruit Wood ?

What is mango fruit wood ???This is a question we get asked very often .Mango fruit wood is a sustainable tropical hardwood timber and yes  it is the same as the fruit we eat .If you've been up to Q.L.D ,the Gold Coast  you would have seen very large Mango trees ..think back., yes it is the same wood .
We use it because it has a  beautiful grain ,it is hard ,it can be stained almost any colour ,

Rustic Mango Fruit Wood

Our latest range of Mango Fruit wood is amazing .It is finished in classic dark brown ,traditional Indonesian  Brown and our NEW UNIQUE OAK FINISH ,but it  sells for at least half the price of Oak.
The timber comes from Indonesia from a small factory we deal with directly , so you can be 100%  sure it is real solid hardwood timber ,no veneer or particle boards ..no tricks.
Mango wood is importantly very sustainable and has a beautiful unique grain :)
